Mandela and de Klerk is a 1997 television film directed by Joseph Sargent. Starring Sidney Poitier and Michael Caine. it documents the negotiations between De Klerk and Mandela for the transition to end apartheid in South Africa and was nominated for numerous awards in 1997 and 1998.
